ADVAIT-IOT2IT ConneX provides flexibility with low-code / no-code feature to connect to sensors, devices, hardware and software via variety of communication networks and protocols. It provides connectivity of this OT world using standard communication protocols like MQTT and MQTT Spark Plug. It also extends the connectivity flexibility for integration with back end information systems, closing open ends for bridging the gap between two worlds OT and IT.

Operational Technology (OT) consists of hardware and software systems that monitor and control physical equipment and processes. While the technology is familiar to operators and engineers in these sectors, there is limited understanding outside of people working in or with these specialized environments.

In contrast, Information Technology (IT), managed by CIOs and IT departments, is the application of computers to process, transmit and store data, typically in a business or enterprise environment. Historically, OT and IT have not overlapped and were managed as separate organizational silos.

ADVAIT OT2IT ConneX middleware is a flagship software application that removes the complexity of data integration between OT and IT systems. The software collects and stores OT data from the plant floor in Time-series data at the Edge/ Cloud to model and enables the flow of valuable industrial data to IT Systems.

It can integrate with existing infrastructure like CNC/PLC/Controllers/Sensors, SCADA, IoT Platforms, MES, MOM, MRP, ERP, Legacy applications etc. which are fragmented disparate system, and provide a complete picture while taking care of existing investments. It can also work with any communication protocol.

It is also capable of carrying out computing at the edge before sending any information to the enterprise level or to the cloud. Processing information at the edge can reduce network traffic and minimize the data being sent to higher-level systems.
